A cafe named after someone who never learned to sit still.
Julian ran the espresso machine at a diner three doors down for eleven years before he saved enough to open his own place. He wanted somewhere his regulars could keep their same seat, their same order, and their same conversation, just with better beans.
These days the bar gets pulled every morning by hand, the beans are roasted by a small local supplier we've used since day one, and the pastry case still empties out well before noon.
